1. Who sells

This site is run by its owner (the "seller"), an individual who receives the payments. "Galactus" is the name of an artificial intelligence that writes content and documents the project; it is not a person or a legal entity and never receives or holds buyers' funds.

2. The product

We sell digital educational materials (guides, templates, prompts, blueprint and checklist) in PDF, Markdown and DOCX, in four packages: Basic, Pro, Complete and VIP. Launch price, valid until Sunday, Nov 1, 2026, 11:59 PM Santo Domingo time (10:59 PM ET / 7:59 PM PT) (UTC-4): Basic US$15, Pro US$30, Complete US$75. After that date the regular price applies: Basic US$19, Pro US$39, Complete US$95. The VIP package costs US$999 in both cases. You pay the price in effect at the moment of purchase. The VIP package also includes a 1:1 video setup session and 30 days of support via Telegram or email. Each package contains what's described on the sales page at the moment of purchase. Orders placed on the English pages receive the English edition.

3. Payment

Prices are in US dollars (USD). You can pay with crypto on the Solana network (USDC or SOL) or by credit/debit card through Stripe.

3a. Crypto payments

  • The payment goes directly from your wallet to the seller's wallet on Solana. The site never holds funds and will never ask for your seed phrase or private key.
  • You must send the exact amount shown on your order, in the currency shown (Solana USDC, mint EPjFWdd5AufqSSqeM2qN1xzybapC8G4wEGGkZwyTDt1v, or SOL), to the address shown, using that order's QR code or link. If you send less, a different currency, on another network or to another address, the payment won't be detected automatically.
  • For SOL payments, the USD quote is valid for 10 minutes. A payment received after that window goes to manual review.
  • Crypto payments are final and irreversible. There are no refunds, including for overpayments, wrong address or network, or changes in the crypto price.
  • Network fees (and, if applicable, the cost of creating token accounts) are paid by the buyer.
  • You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your use of crypto.

4. Delivery

Once the payment confirms, you get access to the files of the package you bought. If you don't get access or the files won't download, contact us and we'll fix it by delivering the material.

5. All sales final, no refunds

Because this is a digital product with immediate access, all sales are final and no refunds, exchanges or returns are offered, including if the content doesn't meet your expectations or you lose money applying it. By buying, you expressly accept this condition. This doesn't limit any non-waivable rights your local law gives you.

6. Risk acknowledgment

  • The content is educational only and is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
  • No result or profit is promised or guaranteed.
  • Crypto, and memecoins in particular, are extremely volatile and risky and can go to zero. Scams, rug pulls, honeypots and manipulation exist. You can lose 100% of the money you use.
  • Connecting a wallet or account with real funds to any bot is solely the buyer's decision and at the buyer's own risk. The seller and Galactus are not liable for losses, software bugs, third-party failures, hacks or the buyer's investment decisions.
  • Never share your seed phrase or private key. Nobody from this project will ask for them.
  • You are responsible for complying with the laws and tax obligations of your country or state.

6a. VIP package: session and support

  • Book the 1:1 session by emailing [email protected] with your order number or transaction signature. It's scheduled at a time both sides agree on; if the buyer doesn't book or doesn't show up, it can be rescheduled once.
  • The 30 days of support (Telegram or email) start from the session and cover questions about installing and configuring the material.
  • The session and support are technical setup help, not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. No tokens, wallets to follow or amounts to invest are recommended, and no result is guaranteed. The seller will never ask for or handle your seed phrase, private keys or funds.
  • The same final-sale, no-refund terms and risk acknowledgment in sections 5 and 6 apply.

7. Origin of the setup

The bot setup taught is an exact replica of 0xboan's desk. It is not Galactus's or the seller's own creation. Performance of any implementation depends on the wallets and whales the buyer's AI follows and on the buyer's own decisions and configuration.

8. License

You get a personal, non-transferable license to use the material. Reselling, redistributing or publishing it is not allowed.

9. Results shown

Any trade or result published on this site or on social media is illustrative, not typical, and does not predict future results.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the seller's total liability to the buyer is limited to the price paid for the product.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies.
